Dr. Marina Shapira Shocher

Founder, manager

Dr. Marina Shapira Shocher holds a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Brock University in Canada.

She is the founder and director of Inner Circle Therapy. Dr. Shapira Shocher is dedicated to providing high-quality psychological services and ensuring culturally sensitive care tailored to the unique needs of the community.

Psychological Associate - Child & Adolescent Therapist

Noam Erez is a Psychological Associate registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO), specializing in clinical, counselling, and school psychology. With many years of experience in both school board settings and private practice, she brings a rich perspective to her work with children and adolescents. Her deep understanding of the educational system, combined with clinical expertise, allows her to support young clients in navigating the interplay between school life, peer relationships, and emotional development.

Ruti Ingerman

Registered Social worker and Psychotherapist 

Ruti Ingerman is a licensed clinical social worker in Ontario with over 15 years of experience. She holds Master’s degrees from Wilfrid Laurier University and Lesley College in Israel.

Ruti works with children, youth, parents, and adults on issues like depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, identity, immigration, and LGBTQ+. She uses a range of approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, IFS, solution-focused and emotion-focused therapy, as well as play and arts-based methods.

Meytal is an experienced clinical social worker licensed in both Israel and Canada, specializing in anxiety disorders, PTSD, emotional regulation, and interpersonal relationships.
As Clinical Director, she oversees professional standards, mentors therapists, and leads clinical services.

Principal Clinical Consultant

Michal Gilboa-Hermel is a registered psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She holds a Master’s degree (M.A.) in Clinical Psychology from Bar-Ilan University in Israel, where she was also a registered clinical psychologist before moving to Toronto.

Jessica Zylberlicht

Registered Psychotherapist

Jessica is a Registered Psychotherapist and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from the University of Toronto and an additional Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Jessica has experience treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, and learning disabilities, and helps clients find the therapeutic approach that best suits their needs.

Goni Ketain-Meiri

Registered Social worker and Psychotherapist 

Goni is a clinical social worker with a master’s degree from the Hebrew University and McGill University, licensed in Ontario. She has extensive experience treating adolescents and women facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and addictions, as well as supporting Israeli and Jewish immigrants in Canada and those coping with the impact of the war in Israel. She integrates therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, Somatic Therapy, and Phototherapy to promote healing and personal growth.

Ryna Waksman

Educational consultant, Psychometrist 

Ryna Waksman brings more than 30 years of expertise as a psychoeducational consultant. She earned an Honours degree in psychology from York University and a Graduate Diploma in Child Study with a focus on assessment and counselling from the University of Toronto. Ryna has worked across both public and private school systems as well as in private psychology practices, supporting learners with diverse needs and helping families and educators better understand and address learning challenges.
